Hello again,
You don’t mention his “history” with regard to relationships. Do you know anything about it ?
If not, is there any way you could subtly find out ?
On first impressions it would seem that your relationship has been developing quietly in the background for quite some time and is not, therefore, directly related to your recent discoveries regarding the condition of some of your bodily parts. It is off to a nice, gentle start with the hint of more to come.
But always be careful, especially when your mind is filled with other concerns.
As for the scarring, should that ever become a matter of more immediate concern, I would suggest that by that time you would have had the opportunity to say something like “I’m not perfect, you know.” and to have judged his response to it. After all, if it turns out that he is serious about you and things develop that far then he should be able to accept you for what you are… a normal human being who has lived !
We all carry scars, either mental or physical. It is how we cope with them that matters.
I’ll bet he is not a “perfect” man either… because there is no such thing….

Hi.
Yes, it has been a while since you were here but it is understandable that you should want a release for your feelings at a time like this.
Hopefully getting things off your chest has been helpful.
I can either leave it like that or comment with a thousand words regarding some of the issues you raise here, but it is probably more polite to give you the choice in that respect.
Either way I will say something else on your next post, if you don’t mind.
